But if you put them all together, you now have a Cheat Code to a WAY better life.
I’ve said it once and I’ll say it a million times, the easiest form of exercise is walking. That in itself is a cheat code to a healthier heart and weight loss.
Sleep is your bodies way of recovering. With not enough sleep, your day to day things, strength training, and life will be a lot tougher. You won’t build much muscle because your body just isn’t recovering.
And strength training is just amazing. You need to be strong. You lose fat faster, and it’s nice and aesthetically pleasing.
Do all 3 of these and you’ve unlocked a cheat code to life.
